We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via our secure on-line payment processing system, provided by EROL PAY. Payment cards we accept are as follows. MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / Solo / Switch). The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid have cleared in full.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result. We reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Please allow 4-5 working days for receipt of your order. International orders will be sent to you in 7-14 working days.

• Every purchase from Future SK is unconditionally guaranteed. You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms please return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

To return online purchases to our Distribution Centre:

• If the item you have received is faulty please email us at cs@FutureSK.com , with your order number and nature of the fault.
• There is no need to contact us when returning items.
• Please send your parcel to: : Future SK, 16-18 Payne Street, Port Dundas, Glasgow, Scotland G4 0LF . If you are returning an item to us, the cost of the return and condition of item is your responsibility.
• The item(s) are your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.
• We will send an e-mail to you once the return has been processed.
• Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Please note that refunds for goods bought as gifts can only be given to the debit or credit cardholder (the original payer).
